1. Introduction NENAM is a mobile application developed for the internal use of UMG Cambodia employees. This application is under the ERP Department (UMGC Technologies) and is integrated with the company's internal ERP system. It serves as an employee utility tool for various functions, including attendance (face recognition), leave requests, overtime submissions, CRM activities, announcements, ERP helpdesk, service (field service and workshop), car audits, and e-catalog management.

2. Data Collection and Usage NENAM collects and processes only the necessary data required to perform its functionalities. The types of data collected include:

• Location Data: Used to verify whether the attendance location matches the designated office location.
• Face Landmarks: Collected solely for attendance verification and comparison with stored face data. The application does not store or share facial images but only retains necessary biometric landmark data for authentication purposes.
• Employee Information: Such as name, employee ID, and relevant work-related details, solely for internal use.
• Device Information: Includes device model, operating system, and application usage logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.
• Log Data: Automatically collected data such as IP addresses, timestamps, and access logs to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Purpose of Data Processing All collected data is used exclusively for internal company purposes, including but not limited to:

• Ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Managing employee leave and overtime requests.
• Supporting CRM, helpdesk, and service operations.
• Facilitating company announcements and internal communications.
• Enhancing application security and performance monitoring.

4. Data Security UMG Cambodia is committed to protecting employee data. Measures implemented include:

• Secure storage of data within internal company servers.
• Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
• No sharing, distribution, or external processing of face landmark data.
• Encryption and security protocols to prevent data breaches.
• Compliance with company policies and applicable data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention All collected data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational requirements of NENAM. Biometric face landmark data will be retained only until the employee resigns from UMG Cambodia, at which point it will be securely deleted. This ensures compliance with data protection standards and prevents unnecessary retention of biometric information.

6. Third-Party Access NENAM does not share, sell, or distribute any collected data, including biometric data, to third parties. All data remains strictly within the internal systems of UMG Cambodia.

7. User Rights Employees using NENAM have the right to:

• Request access to their personal data stored within the system.
• Seek corrections to inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request deletion of data if it is no longer necessary for company operations.
• Inquire about the application’s data processing policies.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies NENAM does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies. However, the application may collect anonymous usage data for internal analytics and performance improvements.

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in company policies or regulatory requirements. Employees will be notified of any significant changes.
