Role Overview: The Senior Functional Consultant leads the business process migration. This role requires a strong background in Accounting/Finance to ensure financial statements and logic remain accurate post-migration. You will act as the bridge between technical developers and business users.

Domain Knowledge: Mandatory strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance processes (Trial Balance, P&L, Closing entries).
Odoo Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Odoo Accounting, Inventory, and Sales modules.
Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Functional Consultant with experience in ERP data migration.
Communication: Ability to explain complex system changes to non-technical users and manage stakeholder expectations.

Financial Validation: Lead the reconciliation of financial data (GL, AR/AP, Assets) between Odoo 15 and 19. Ensure 100% accuracy.
Gap Analysis: Map existing business flows to Odoo 19 standards and define necessary functional changes.
UAT Management: Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing, ensuring users validate real-world business scenarios.
Risk Management: Identify functional risks that could impact daily operations and propose mitigation strategies.
