FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (ADMIN)

✔ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Support, or related roles.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Good communication and documentation skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of ERP systems and SDLC is an advantage.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.

✅ Maintain a clean and organized project backlog.
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements from users.
✅ Ensure requirements are clear and feasible before development.
✅ Coordinate with ERP Manager and Lead Developer on complex requirements.
✅ Manage schedules, meeting minutes, and user access.
✅ Perform QA testing before tasks are completed.
✅ Support minor functional issues and standard user requests.
✅ Suggest process improvements to enhance business operations.
