- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Have knowledge of import/export procedures, and clearance processes.
- Experience in negotiating with customs and resolving clearance issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Oversee daily logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

- Ensure compliance with customs laws, trade regulations, and other government requirements.

- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.

- Negotiate with customs officers and port authorities to resolve issues and avoid unnecessary delays.

- Manage and optimize transportation costs, and delivery times.
