UMG Cambodia is looking for a responsible, proactive, and results-oriented Loan Recovery Officer/ Unit Collection Officer to join our team.

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

·  Experience in loan recovery, debt collection, credit, or financial services is an advantage.

·  Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·  Strong follow-up skills with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

·  Honest, patient, responsible, and target-oriented.

·  Willing to travel for customer visits and debt recovery activities.

·  Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare reports.

·  Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding debts from customers.

·  Contact customers by phone and conduct field visits to negotiate repayment.

·  Develop and implement effective recovery plans for overdue accounts.

·  Negotiate repayment schedules and encourage customers to settle outstanding balances.

·  Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer commitments, and payment status.

·  Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and outstanding debts.

·  Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve collection issues.

·  Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
