·       Ensure adequate records and systems are maintained. Ensures compliance with all processes.

·       Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.

·       Directs ICT Support team to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

·       Interaction with ICT Support team and/or customers normally involves exchange or presentation of factual and technical information.

·       Provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of generally nonexempt employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.

·       Agreeing timescales.

·       Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.

·       Guaranteeing the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus, email service, and email provision.

·       Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users (employees), internet providers, and hardware vendors.

·       Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.

·       Monitoring and supervising GPS installation

·       Provides GPS daily reports through instant messenger applications for customer (CE).

·       Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to ICT Manager.
