Role Summary: Learner and Executor.

• Interact with users and System Administrator to design, implement and maintain data accuracy of system.

• Audit routine data and progress in all environment to ensure all users are appropriately provisioned for their work function.

• Analyze and resolve access problems.

• Write and maintain documents related with data, implementation and practices.

• Provide regular reports for the related department.

• Record and print solutions to end users as necessary.

• Collaborate with System Administrator to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.

• Support users in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing system capabilities.

●      Learn and improve coding skills daily.

●      Complete assigned tasks without breaking existing functionality.

●      Support Functional Analysts once core tasks are done.
